2. Third-Party Services & Data Privacy

Our IoT products require the use of third-party applications (e.g., Tuya, Smart Life, or OEM-specific apps). Akunomate does not own or control these platforms. Your data privacy is governed strictly by the terms and privacy policies of those specific service providers. By using these products, you acknowledge that Akunomate is not responsible for data breaches, service outages, or privacy violations occurring on third-party platforms.

3. Product Warranty & OEM Services

Products sold by Neura Smart Living carry warranties provided by the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM). Service contracts (AMC/Maintenance) are offered on a yearly basis and may be modified or terminated based on Company policy or OEM changes.

4. Refunds and Returns

All requests for returns or refunds are subject to the sole discretion of Akunomate. Items must be in original, unused condition to be considered. Installation and site-visit fees are non-refundable.

5. Limitation of Liability

Akunomate provides smart home solutions ‘as is.’ We are not liable for interruptions due to internet outages, third-party server issues, or any indirect loss resulting from device failure.

6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
