1. Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) Warranty

All smart home and IoT hardware products sold by Neura Smart Living are covered under the standard warranty provided by the respective Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM). The duration and specific terms of coverage are determined by the OEM and vary by product category.

2. Annual Service & Maintenance

Service packages and extended support provided by Akunomate are offered on a yearly basis. These services are subject to the specific terms of the purchased package. Akunomate reserves the right to modify service fees and terms at the time of renewal based on updated company policies.

3. Warranty Exclusions

This warranty does not cover damages resulting from:

Improper installation or configuration by unauthorized personnel.
Fluctuations in power supply, electrical surges, or lightning strikes.
Physical damage, water ingress, or environmental factors outside of product specifications.
Modifications or repairs attempted by non-certified technicians.

4. Software & Connectivity

Warranty is limited to hardware functionality. Akunomate is not responsible for the performance, uptime, or data privacy of third-party IoT applications (e.g., Google Home, Alexa, Tuya, etc.) required to operate the devices.

5. Claiming Warranty

To initiate a claim, please provide the original invoice and the product’s serial number. Akunomate will facilitate the repair or replacement process with the OEM at its discretion.

6. Governing Law

Any disputes or legal matters arising from this warranty policy are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
